A four-year-old girl missing since May 12 from Noida Sector 22 has not been traced yet.
The family of the girl, Kashish Rawat, has put up posters across the city and police are using social networking sites and media tools to circulate the messageto trace her.
Sanjay Rawat, father of Kashish, said the child was playing in the local park in the evening. “She went to the park at around 5.50pm. Generally she used to return around 7pm but on that day she never returned,” said Rawat, who works as a marketing executive in a company in Sector 16.
He said the family searched for her at every posible place but she could not be found. “We finally registered a case at Sector 12-22 police post in the hope that police will trace her. More than a week has passed but we have not got any clue of her,” Rawat said. The family collected money to print coloured posters and put them up across the city in search of the missing child.
“We have put up over 2,000 posters on auto-rickshaws, commercial vehicles, trucks and every place possible in the city. We hope somebody calls us at the number given on the posters,” Sanjay said.
